Transgrowth is a coaching and facilitation company focusing on the intersection of leadership, team-dynamics and organisational culture to help organisations create a more motivated workforce, purpose-driven high-performing teams, strategic collaboration across the entire organisation, and a more flexible, resilient and resourceful culture that is future proof and change-ready.

Transgrowth was founded 17 years ago by Michal and Bard Papegaaij, with a mission to bring back the human aspects of organisations into the heart of leadership and management practices everywhere. With Michal’s passing in 2011, Transgrowth was temporarily put on hold, but Bard kept working on fulfilling its mission through his work in Gartner as Executive Partner and Research Vice President.

This year, seeing the pressure private and public sector organisations are under to adapt and transform to keep up with the digital revolution overtaking the world, Katrina Duggan and Bard have decided to team up and revive Transgrowth, with Katrina bringing in a deep understanding of the leadership challenges organisations are facing, and many years of hands-on support for leaders in all industries.

Our aim is to create a network of likeminded experts and experienced practitioners that provides both the depth and breadth needed to support organisations develop the leadership, workforce and culture for the Digital Era.

At the moment Transgrowth offers:

  • leadership coaching and mentoring
  • participation in executive and board meetings, to help improve the dynamics of those meeting and the effectiveness of the teams
  • workshop facilitation for (leadership)teams for a range of topics, such as:

  • Speaking engagements on all the above, and related topics of interest to organisations striving to transform themselves
  • Document reviews of strategies, communication plans and change-related documents and presentations, with the purpose of improving the impact of such documents on the organisation and its stakeholders.
