Alpha Training
There are a few methods for training the brain to move into the alpha and theta ranges, ranging from connecting to bio-feedback computer screens to different kinds of meditation. On average, only one person in a thousand will not be able to learn to move their brains into the alpha range voluntarily within a few short weeks of consistent directed practice.
With longer-term consistent practice, shifting the brain into the alpha range at will becomes quicker and easier. Practice will also enable reaching the lower alpha frequencies and further moving into the higher theta range.
Training the brain to sustain Alpha wave saturated patterns leads (over time) to:
- improving mental clarity and effectiveness
- increasing emotional and physical well-being
- increasing energy levels and strengthening the immune system
