Architect's Capabilities
Job ads for Enterprise Architects often read like quests for a mythical super hero: the Enterprise Architect is expected to be an all-round master of technology, an excellent communicator, well-versed in business and strategy, highly experienced project manager, team leader and motivator, and – oh yes – it would help if they can design excellent architectures too. Leaving the internal contradiction of the “all-round super-expert” aside, it is clear that a lot is expected of an Enterprise Architect.
