Transgrowth is a Brisbane-based coaching
and training boutique consultancy, specialising in high-
performance, particularly in the areas where business and IT
meet and integrate.
What makes us different is that we come from a multi-disciplinary background and brought it all together to create a specialised offering.
We integrate knowledge and experience from the fields of management, IT, human potential development, emotional intelligence, complexity, teaching, coaching, consulting and facilitation into a unique set of services.
In most of these fields, we have been on both sides of the fence: we have years of management experience, for example, but we also advised and trained executives; we have been training and coaching IT professionals, but we also have 25 years of hands-on experience in the field, in a variety of roles.
With all our knowledge and experience, we have not turned cynical: we have the curiosity of a 3-year old and we keep learning and renewing.
We know our theories and models, but more than that: we've been there, done that, learned our lessons, and truly enjoy sharing our knowledge and experience.
One of our lessons learned is that every customer, every case, every situation is unique. This is why we don't like using standard models and solutions but prefer to adapt and customise our offerings to the specific circumstances, needs and requirements at hand.
